SIRIUS -- MS and MS/MS libraries

This repository contains the sources of all java modules/libraries needed to build the SIRIUS software including:

  • Isotope Pattern analysis
  • Fragmentation Tree computation
  • ZODIAC - Network based molecular formula ranking
  • CSI:FingerID - Fingerprint prediction
  • CSI:FingerID - Structure DB search
  • COSMIC - Confidence Score estimation
  • CANOPUS - Compound class prediction
