Plugins for ImageJ/FIJI

ImageJ/FIJI Custom Plugins

The following ImageJ plugins are available:

• cilia_sizes.py - Measure primary cilia from confocal images using WEKA and particle analysis
• fluo_count.py - Fluorescent cell counting using WEKA and particle analysis
• get_sizes.py - Find maximum width of electron microscopy subject at all angles (via rotating calipers method)
• weka_percentage.py - Get percentages of each WEKA classified portion of an image

Installation

1. From the "Plugins" menu, selection "Install..."
2. Select the script
3. Accept the default installation directory
4. Restart ImageJ/FIJI
5. The plugin will be available to run from the "Plugins" menu
