Semi-Automatic Mandible Segmentation (SAMS) Pipeline

This readthedoc repository is a draft/copy for the active documentation associated with the Vocal Tract Development Lab's 2018 publication. The SAMS pipeline is a registration-based pipeline designed to process large-scale head and neck Computed Tomography (CT) studies for extraction of 3D binary models of human jaw (mandibles).
