Remove duplicate overlap / overlap_score functions

Since #404 we now have both overlap and overlap_score which are essentially identical.
Ah I would have preferred to have this in nat, as it is more general, rather than hemibrainr. I have hidden it in hemibrainr.
It is in nat now. So I think you can remove from hemibrainr.
