interface should look like http://natverse.org/neuprintr/reference/neuprint_get_adjacency_matrix.html
implementing this against sqlite tables is pretty easy. More complicated to do this efficiently with remote (spine) implementation. Will be hard to do this without making two separate calls to spine that retrieve a lot of data.
