Should groot sync also handle ROS and Yujin binaries?

Right now it just syncs the workspace and I copy the other stuff over manually.
The unison profiles originally also copied over yujin binaries...go long as everyone makes sure there binaries are up to date this is no problem.
It would be good if groot_sync also made sure the ros debs were updated. Possible, but that is a little trickier.
