Updating Firmware

Hi,
I'd like to update the firmware on my Kobuki robot, but unfortunately the instructions at https://iclebo-kobuki.readthedocs.io/en/latest/advanced_usage.html#linux do not work. Whenever I try to download the flashing utility or latest firmware on my Linux or Windows computer, it just hangs...
I tried to manually go to the files.yujinrobot.com/kobuki/firmware site, but it hangs as well.
