Support for octomap::ColorOcTree?

Hi @wkentaro ,

Thanks for the great work. I does not look like ColorOcTree from the C++ library is wrapped. Are there any plans to support this? Is there a reason it can't be done? I'd consider looking into adding support for it if it is straightforward.
