The following describes the contents of the repository:

1. Rmarkdown files prefixed by numbers: these are the main workflows for the analyses we performed.
2. carets.R and util.R contain convenience functions for running caret models, loading data, and other common tasks used by multiple Rmd files.
3. the results folder contains all figures and tables.
