Online tool not working

Hi,
I am trying to use the nanoplot online tool, but everytime I try to open it I get an error saying it took too long to respond. Has it been deactivated? I was using it regularly a couple of months ago
It works for me with a very small test dataset. @svennd is this something you could find logs for?
Please let me know if the error persists.
