Option to hide minor barcodes in --barcoded

At the moment plots are generated for every barcode in the sequencing_summary, but this can contain aspecific classifications and some filtering would be good.
On second thought, users probably should filter those out. There are no good rules to leave out certain barcodes (except the existing one that has to be more than 5 reads to make sure the plots don't crash).
