This project leverages data analytics to gain insights into gender diversity and inclusion within the company. The Power BI dashboard and KPIs allow HR and management to track important metrics, identify issues, and make informed decisions to improve the representation and experience of all genders in the workforce.
This was our lab task in which we were asked to write various queries for Oracle MySql. All the queries have been tested on the HR Dataset.
Fake employee generator with UWES-9 engagement dimensions
This dataset was part of recruitment process of a perticular client of ScaleneWorks. ScaleneWorks supports several information technology (IT) companies in india with talent acquisition. One of the challange they face is about 30% of the candidate who accept the jobs offer, do not join th compnay, this leads to huge loss of revenue and time as the companies initiate the recrutiment process again to fill thw workforce demand. SceleneWorks wants to find out if a model can be built to predict the likelihood of a candidates along with a column that indicates if the candidate finally joined the company or not.
OBJECTIVE: Presenting an EDA / ML Models (DTR & RF) solution to help company X trying to control attrition by answering the following questions: What type of employees are leaving ? Which employees are prone to leave next ? Predict the future (DT & RF) employee who would tend to leave the company X in the future ? Recommendation for company decision making.
