Trivia skill
This skill starts a game of general trivia.
Description
At the moment, the skill will ask you 5 questions. You can answer by choosing 1,2,3 or 4.

Known issues:
- Responses sometimes don't get picked up. the skill should ask you to try answering again.

- Set categories or category in webinterface
- implement more players
- set difficulty
- set the number of questions
