Download2Here offers you the ability to move/copy the most-recently added files in the macOS Downloads folder. Users may also copy files to the pasteboard as well.

Usage
The workflow is triggered by the keyword down2. On run, the ~/Downloads folder will be enumerated and sorted according to the date each file was added.
Actions
Move Recent Files Up to Selection (Default)
To move recent files up to the current selection, simply press the ENTER/RETURN key.
Move Current Selection
To move only the current selection, press ENTER/RETURN while holding the COMMAND key.
Copy Recent Files Up to Selection
To copy recent files up to the current selection, press ENTER/RETURN while holding the OPTION key.
Copy Current Selection
To copy only the current selection, press ENTER/RETURN while holding the OPTION and COMMAND keys.
Send Recent Files Up to Selection to the Pasteboard
To send recent files up to the current selection to the pasteboard, press ENTER/RETURN while holding the SHIFT key.
Send Current Selection to the Pasteboard
To send only the current selection to the pasteboard, press ENTER/RETURN while holding the SHIFT and COMMAND keys.
