Sumboard offers you the ability to add the most-recently copied numbers in Alfred's pasteboard history. Users may also copy the output to the pastebaord as well.

The workflow is triggered by the keyword sumboard. On run, every item in the pasteboard history, up to the most-recent non-numeric value, will be added, and the sum will be presented to you.
To copy the sum result to the pasteboard, hold the command key, and press ENTER/RETURN.
