Hello!This is my first github repository, which is a basic UNIX software to construct a protein-protein network and construct some key problems with some baseline methods. Besides , we also have innovations in these methods.
Welcome our Protein Protein interaction network github.You can install this package and then use make to compile files. Generally speaking, we have accelrated the data transformation and used less space to store data. We used three basic graph algorithms to implement our needs!
