This simple Extension allows for cropping a vtkMRMLModelNode in the boundaries of a vtkMRMLAnnotationROINode. It creates a vtkCubeSource and applies an vtkBooleanOperationPolyDataFilter in Intersection Mode to the model, resulting in a cropped model.
