DPL-295 [BUG] If a value in a triplicate is not completed it sets the average of the triplicate to zero (C=S, V=3)

stevieing opened this issue · comments

Describe the bug
I'm not sure if you were aware of this but my team noticed when there is no value in one triplicate loaded into quanthub, it doesn't highlight red. This then gets uploaded to SSCape as zero instead of an average of actual values present. See H7 as an example.

Expected behaviour
The triplicate should have an average of the 2 remaining values. This is happening because the value is set to undefined.

Additional context
A fix would involve removing any values which have undefined from the triplicate

This is linked to the fact that the value is an empty string so it can't be converted to a number so sets the mean to 0. Removed it as an active well.
