DPL-210 - As R&D I would like the tapestation quants to use the same CV% method as the current platereader triplicate analysis used elsewhere in ops. The current setup still works it’s just not as optimal as it could be. We’re not desperate for this change to happen ASAP.

To be considered successful the solution must allow:
- When a tapestation quant is uploaded to quanthub outliers should fit to the cv% calculation rather than mad.
