ROS2 Humble build error

Hi,
I am having problem building the plugin from the source. It failed with linker error:
I am working on Windows, ROS2, Humble. Rviz2 is totally build from source. ROS2 setup is working fine.
Now, I have no idea from which source this linkage error is coming. Can you help please?
P.S: vision_msg is built fine.
