ImageJ / Fiji macro to automatically export Leica LIF file or similar formats as individual images
Features:
- Process a single .lif file or all .lif files in one folder (batch mode)
- Choose export file format (.tif, .jpg, .ics)
- Merge channels or maximum projection options
- Generate numbers in front of the image names
- Mosaic / Tile scans : do not extract single tiles but only the merged image
You may need to adapt this macro to work with other complex formats...
