RVFI Agent has a dependancy on CVA6 config

While reviewing pull-request #2335 it was noticed that the RVFI Agent has a dependancies on the CVA6. This is inappropriate as an Agent should never be dependent on a particular UVM environment.

The purpose of this Issue is to identify this dependancy and ensure that it is removed.
