AllowingReplanning not working

Hello All,
I'm using Moveit! with the RViz plugin, but ticking the "Allow Replan" box in the RViz plugin doesn't do anything, even the obstacle has been updated to octomap in the planning path.

Hello all, I try replanning with pr2 simulator. First I plan the trajectory, then I create a object as obstacle in the path to test the replanning. When AllowReplanning isn't checked, the arm will stop. After I remove the obstacle, the arm continues to follow the origin path. When AllowReplanning is checked, there is no replanning happening, the arm ignores the obstacle and push the obstacle move.
I'm confused how to use this replanning ??
