fenominal ("Fabulous phENOtype MINing ALgorithm) is a "phenomenal" Java library and command-line application for mining of Human Phenotype Ontology terms in clinical texts.
This repository comprises a programming library as well as a small command-line application for testing. Many users will prefer the GUI Version of fenominal.
