Perl scripts to use with G. Olsen Codon usage software, and CodonW suite. modal2seq -> generates a DNA sequence representing the modal usage as calculated by G.Olsen tools. fasta2table -> transforms multifasta file to table seq2rscu -> caluclates relative codon usage from fasta files.
