KipoiSplice/4 predict_example code will not work on machines where the user does not have write permissions to /tmp/

Permission denied error here - https://github.com/kipoi/models/blob/master/KipoiSplice/4/dataloader.py#L106. We most likely have to adapt predict_example to work with KipoiSplice/4
