Framepool unclear file names

In the example, the vcf_tbi file is poorly named vcf_file_tbi -> vcf_file.tbi and the directory is named example_files/ not example/
And it would be nice to redirect the user to the folder of the examples .kipoi/models/Framepool/downloaded/example_files/
