This project develops the program FORGE. It allows to calculate gene p-values from Genome-Wide Association Data using multivariate methods. The gene-level statistics can be used for pathway or other system biology analyses (check out sister project for additional on pathway analysis with GWAS data: https://github.com/inti/GeneSetAnalysis/wiki).
