All fixed-frame objects have a setMatchingFrame

Quaternions, Vector4D, and tuples 2Ds and 3Ds have setMatchingFrame since 102d500
This will part of the next release 0.8.0.

Pose2D and Pose3D still need to implement setMatchingFrame
