clone to C:\Users[YOUR LOCAL ACCOUNT]\Documents\Firaxis ModBuddy\Civ5UltimateCivilizationMod\
- when you've made your changes do a git commit with a message describing what you did, and why you did it
- save, close the text editor it opened (if done from command line)
- open a pull request and I will pull your changes into the master copy.
