Type of expreiment: To study how the APOE-R136S (Christchurch) mutation might affect the transcriptomic signature of the hippocampus on a cell type-specific level, snRNA-seq data was generated on isolated hippocampi from 10- month-old PS19-E4, PS19-E3, PS19-E4-S/S, and PS19-E4-R/S mice.
Organism: Mus musculus.
Samples: 15 samples, 4 genotypes.
