Recombination workflow link needs fixing

The link in

points to a history instead of to a workflow.

To elaborate a bit here:

1. the history link in that section points to the wrong history (the one for the comparison workflow)
2. the workflow link points to the history that describes the intended analysis, but it's on test.galaxyproject, not Main
