This is a suggestion.
Old format: "poly/points.0/x".
New format: "poly.points#0.x".
I don't know how to send a PR to this repo when I want to send the changes from galou:galactic to galou:dots_and_hashes other than creating a branch in my master and cherry-picking the commit. So, please integrate galou#1 (or integrate #4 and I'll create a PR here).
This would make this code not compatible with plotjuggler and literally all my current users.
