ros driver for daheng mer camera.

This is the rosdriver of daheng industrial camera for x86 user, tested on my pc(ubuntu 16.04) with camera:MER-50279UC.

How to use?

1. install the driver in folder
2. change the dir in Cmake file to your own local address.
3. catkin_make
4. sudo -s
5. roslaunch daheng_ros camera.launch
