joystick orders doesn't work ?!

hello !
when launching : roslaunch champ_config bringup.launch joy:=true rviz:=true
can't move robot with joystick !!
joystick recognized over jstest_gtk
any help, please

ok !!
roslaunch champ_teleop teleop.launch joy:=true
