drug response project central repository to coordinate operations repos
three sub-repos created by operational objective.
goal is to check-in code for 8 projects in each repo.
- BMEG extractions - get raw data by compound and cell line.
- predictions - classical ML and deep learning drug response prediction pipelines.
- plotting - visualize output from prediction methods.
