Overview

This repository contains the R code used to run analyses on the IRIS Consortium data. The code has been compiled into an R project.

NOTE

This code was used to run analyses for two manuscripts:

Data Protection

Due to data protection agreements, IRIS Consortium data will NOT be made available to the public.

Codebook

main_script.R - R script containing code used to run all analyses (calls functions and additional scripts when necessary)

Folder Contents

Functions - contains functions written to facilitate data analysis (called via main_script.R)
Data Sets - folder containing all data sets analysed (NOTE: does NOT include data sets analysed for the manuscript)
