I think the mesh_tool is not installed correctly or sourced.

如果一直没办法安装mesh-tool,你可以尝试一下使用更新的docker

or maybe you can try this command:

cp -r where_you_install_lvr2/lvr2/build/lib/* /usr/lib/

where_you_install_lvr2 is specified in:

cd a_non_ros_dir
