Workout Muscle Application
This application helps you to gain muscles.
It includes a bunch of exercises with an explanation.
There are 9 exercises for each muscle group.
The exercises are separated into 3 groups:
- Exercises with barbell
- Exercises with dumbbell
- Bodyweight exercises
