NMA-Project
This is a project corresponding to the Neuromatch Academy.
The dataset we use is Steinmetz dataset by Nick Steinmetz, it's a dataset of electrophysiology from multiple regions of mouse brain during 2AFC task.
The work of this project is to decode from the spikes data to the stimului of the mouse or the response of the mouse. A poster for this project is shown below.
