This project and blueprint enables Genesys Cloud customers to take a sample of Analytical Detail Events and Conversation Events from Genesys Cloud and expose the data to a customer's AWS. From there, using the provided example lambda, customers can send the data to other orchestration or customer support services, and analyse the data.
