A Heroku buildpack that downloads and builds the most recent versions of libopus.
Setup
Optionally, by switching the SOURCE_TARBALL definition in bin/compile, the current State of the Opus Repo can be used as your Source, instead of the most recent version
Installation
Add https://github.com/Epicfisher/heroku-buildpack-libopus-latest to your App's list of Buildpacks
