Introduction
CovidBloc is a transparent, privacy preserving contact tracing framework that uses state of the art Blockchain technology to notify users about potential exposure and provides a secure mechanism for state health authorities to diagnose patients diagnosed with Covid-19 without requiring any personally identifying information of any of the potentially exposed people.
