The company distributes a wide variety of products to all kinds of pharmacies, including hospitals, clinics, retail pharmacies, physician offices and so on. Customer segmentation is a way to have a better understanding of the customers. By doing so, we can strategize a more efficient allocation of resources to different target-customers, as a result, to improve our services and enhance profitability.

The descriptive exploration obtained will then be verified through statistical inferential analysis. We set the target audience as World Health Organization officer who are concerned to track the trend and factors associated with suicides, as we wish the analysis will provide insights and inspire necessary actions taken on suicides prevention.
