Andbot Robot Simulator implementation for the remote control with an XBOX360 joypad or PC keyboard

To use Xbox360 joypad

    $ rosrun andbot_teleop andbot_teleop_joy

to use keyboard

    $ rosrun andbot_teleop andbot_teleop_key1
    
    Arrow UP:    go forward
    Arrow DOWN:  go backward
    Arrow LEFT:  turn left
    Arrow RIGHT: turn right
    P key:       stop moving
    A:           start laser scan
    S:           stop laser scan
