Utilities repository for LACE (Longitudinal Analysis of Cancer Evolution); main tool repository: https://github.com/BIMIB-DISCo/LACE
In the repository one may find in the directory "simulations" all the simulated data used to assess the performance of LACE (Experiments 1, 2, 3 and 4). Furthermore, in the directory "real_data", are provided all the scripts used to perform the complete LACE pipeline on the dataset from from Rambow, Florian, et al. "Toward minimal residual disease-directed therapy in melanoma." Cell 174.4 (2018): 843-855 comprising data for 674 single cells.
