A proof of concept function that creates ADHCE for the fixed follow-up case. ADHCE is a BDS analysis-ready dataset that supports the analysis of hierarchical composite endpoints. This function was created to closely mirror the admiral Programming Strategy and used admiral and admiraldev functions where possible.
