Update materials to R 4.4/Bioc 3.19

Following a security vulnerability in R < 4.4: (https://thehackernews.com/2024/04/new-r-programming-vulnerability-exposes.html?m=1) we should update this repository to use R4.4 and Bioconductor 3.19 is scheduled to be released on May 1.
