A visualization of the height and weights of US athletes. This repository contains the source code used to scrape, clean, analyze, and ultimately visualize the data for this animated chart:
Please do not abuse the scraping scripts. The scraped data is all included in this repository, so there's no need to.
Note: The visualization required a bit of hackiness to get it to render exactly the way I wanted in the animation, so this is not necessarily an ideal example of clean ggplot/gganimate usage.
