Install steps

1. Clone this repo and sub repos.
2. Download latest release of clink and unzip into clink.xxx folder under root of repo.
3. Create alias.bat from alias.template inside profile folder. Make changes to alias.bat if needed.
4. Customize CmdInit.cmd if need to run any commands during command line initialization.
